Ellyn Small Enisman

Ellyn Enisman is the founder of EKS Consultants Inc, a Career Coaching and Consulting firm that specializes in helping professionals maximize their present career or leverage their strengths to transition to a new one.

A successful career transitioner herself, Ellyn brings over 25 years of diverse experience to her practice which includes Senior Executive Management in: Corporate recruiting, the Staffing Industry, and Manufacturing.
In the span of her career she has recruited, interviewed, and hired thousands; mentors young professionals in their growth into leadership and management positions, coaches college students, new grads, and professionals in all aspects of job search strategy, and collaborates with Senior execs on various challenges.

In addition to being a sought after speaker, workshop presenter, and meeting facilitator Ellyn is the author of the newly released book Job Interview Skills 101: The Course You Forgot to Take a guide for college students and new grads and is Co Creator of The Career Changer Super Telesummit.

Ellyn works with clients virtually,  in person at her Poughkeepsie office, and on-site at corporate locations. She offers group coaching as well as indivdual sessions.

Ellyn is a certified coach, holds a bachelors degree in accounting, a masters in social work, a Certificate in Human Resource Management and is an adjunct professor in The Graduate School of Adelphi University. She is a member of The International Coach Federation, Society of Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development, The National Association of Social Workers, and is the Board President of People, Inc. a non-profit in Dutchess County.
